The Ministry of Mines & Energy of Namibia, MME, Namibia Investment Promotion and Development Board (NIPDB) and the National Petroleum Company of Namibia (Namcor), the African Energy Week, have invited investors to invest in Namibia’s oil and gas industry.

The opportunities available in the nation’s oil and gas industry will be unfolded during the African Energy Week, scheduled to hold from October 18-21, 2022, at the V&A Waterfront, Cape Town, South Africa.

According to the organisers, “The MME is the custodian in managing, regulating and developing Namibia’s mineral and energy resources.

“The NIPDB is a Non-Profit Organisation, under the Office of the President of the Republic of Namibia, mandated to promote and facilitate investments that contribute to economic development of the country.

“Namcor is Namibia’s National Oil Company, an integrated energy company that currently operates across the petroleum value chain.”

The Daily, https://thedaily-ng.com, also gathered that, “This event will showcase Namibia as an investment location for opportunities in the energy space and adjacent sectors. The session will provide a special occasion to dive into the country’s investment landscape while engaging with key decision makers in the business and political sphere, on the panel and during the networking event.”
