Container ship MSC OLGA F has suffered engine failure short of Bosphorus southern entrance, Marmara sea, according to FleetMon.

It stated: “Container ship MSC OLGA F suffered engine failure short of Bosphorus southern entrance, Marmara sea, at around 0400 UTC Nov, while proceeding towards Bosphorus, being en route from Tekirdag Turkey, Marmara sea, to Poti Georgia.

“The ship was taken to Ahirkapi anchorage, Istanbul, Marmara sea, and anchored there, with tug’s assistance. As of 1330 UTC, the ship remained in the same position.”
