Slated for Day Three of our #NigerianPavilion programme at the Offshore Technology Conference #otc2023, the African Technical Workshop sessions are two.

The first which comprise of National Oil Companies, Regulators and Independent Oil Companies in Africa is
themed ‘AfCFTA Implementation: Assessing Progress and Impact in the African Oil and Gas Industry’, and will be moderated by Mr. Nosa Omorodion , Director, National Directorates and Independents, Nigeria & West Africa, Schlumberger.

The day will kick off with an Opening Speech by PETAN Chairman, Mr. Nik Odinuwe and followed by a Keynote Address by Engr. Simbi Wabote , Executive Secretary, Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB).

Panel Speakers on this session include Mr. Baboucarr Njie, Managing Director, Gambia National Petroleum Corporation (GNPC); Mr. James D. Yamoah EQUIS Director, Petroleum Upstream, Ministry of Energy, Ghana;
Atty Saifuah Mai Gray , President & CEO, National Oil Company of Liberia (NOCAL); Mr. Ibrahima Kimba, Head of Exploration Division, Ministry of Petroleum Niger Republic;
Asha Osman Ahmed, Vice President, Somali Petroleum Authority, Somalia; Mr. John Anim, Managing Director/CEO, Platform Petroleum Limited; Celia Correia, Vice President, National Petroleum Institute, INP Moçambique , and Engr. Adokiye Tombomieye , Executive Vice President, Upstream, NNPC Limited .
