The confirmed cases of Coronavirus pandemic have risen to 199,151 in Nigeria, according to the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC.
It stated: “On the 12th of September 2021, 365 new confirmed cases and 8 deaths were recorded in Nigeria.

“Till date, 199151 cases have been confirmed, 186418 cases have been discharged and 2598 deaths have been recorded in 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory.
“The 365 new cases are reported from 8 states- Lagos (209), Ondo (88), FCT (31), Rivers (16), Ebonyi (11), Kaduna (6), Ekiti (3) and Plateau (1).”
It added: “A multi-sectoral national emergency operations centre (EOC), activated at Level 2, and continues to coordinate the national response activities.”
