The confirmed cases of Coronavirus pandemic have risen to 212,446 in Nigeria, according to the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC.

It stated: “On the 4th of November 2021, 87 new confirmed cases and 2 deaths were recorded in Nigeria.

“Till date, 212446 cases have been confirmed, 204047 cases have been discharged and 2902 deaths have been recorded in 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory.

“The 87 new cases are reported from 8 States- Zamfara (29), FCT (25), Rivers (11), Kano (8), Bauchi (5), Gombe (4), Lagos (3), and Jigawa (2).

“A multi-sectoral national emergency operation centre (EOC), activated at Level 2, continues to coordinate the national response activities.”
