The Desert Foxes of Algeria has defeated the Super Eagles 2-1 in an international friendly played Tuesday, September 27, 2022, in Oran.

The Super Eagles started scoring with Terem Moffi connecting from Kelechi Ihenacho’s shot in the box to give the team the lead.

Later, Jose Peseiro side that dominated the first half had a few more chances, but could not score till the 40th minute, when Ola Aina conceded a penalty, which Manchester City striker, Riyahd Mahrez scored against Nigeria.
The Algerian team worked much harder to score another goal in the 61st minute, making it to triumph over Super Eagles.
