NCC’s Public Inquiry on Draft Regulations on Annual Operating Levy, Frequency Pricing holds July 20

The Nigerian Communications Commission, NCC, has concluded plans to hold a Public Inquiry on Draft Regulations on Annual Operating Levy, Frequency Pricing July 20, 2021.
In a notice obtained by The Daily, www.thedaily-ng.com, NCC, stated: “The Nigerian Communications Commission in the exercise of its functions under the Nigerian Communications Act 2003 (the Act) published the following draft regulatory instruments on its website www.ncc.gov.ng for stakeholders’ comments.”
Specifically, NCC, stated: “Interested stakeholders are by this notice invited to make written submissions on the subject and participate in the Public Inquiries.”
It also disclosed that “Details of the virtual meeting will be forwarded to interested attendees prior to the Public Inquiries. All submissions must reach the Commission on or before Monday, July 5, 2021.”
