Namibia Oil and Gas Conference 2025 in Pictures
As the curtains close on the strategic and technical conference sessions, the Namibia Oil and Gas Conference leaves behind three days that brought together 1,161 delegates and 73 exhibitors—a powerful reflection of the sector’s growing importance regionally and globally.
From the bustling exhibition floor to high-level strategic panels, the programme tackled the current landscape of oil and gas in Namibia, financing opportunities, the role of independents and critical infrastructure for a sustainable energy mix.

The conference opened with a series of keynote addresses from leading figures in Namibia’s government and the energy sector including Special Advisor and Head of Upstream Petroleum Unit, Ms. Kornelia Shilunga, Hon. Natangwe Ithete, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Mines, Industries and Energy, Mr Carlo Mcleod, Presidential Special Advisor & Deputy Head: Upstream Petroleum Unit, Namibian Presidency (pictured bottom left), His Excellency Mohamed Hamel, Secretary General of the Gas Exporting Countries Forum (pictured bottom right), Dr Nangula Nelulu Uaandja, Chief Executive Office, Namibia Investment Promotion and Development Board (NIPDB), Victoria Sibeya, Acting Managing Director, National Petroleum Corporation of Namibia (NAMCOR), Maggy Shino, Petroleum Commissioner, Office of the President, Republic of Namibia and Jason Kasuto Chairperson, Economic Association of Namibia (EAN).
