MARITIME ACCIDENT: Russian freighter catches fire at Arkhangelsk

A Russian freighter has caught fire at Arkhangelsk port, according to FleetMon.
It stated: “Fire erupted in cargo hold of general cargo ship TERSKIY BEREG at Arkhangelsk port, White Sea, Russia, at around 1430 Moscow time August 12.
“12 fire engines and 45 firefighters responded, by 1800 Moscow time firefighting was still on. Understood cargo is on fire, but no details were given except that “the ship doesn’t have on board hazardous materials”. The crew had to disembark, no injuries reported.”
