A Ferry GLORY MARY with 202 passengers and 17 crew on board ran aground on a coast of Salibabu Island, Talaud Islands in Indonesia, according to FleetMon.

It stated: “Ferry GLORY MARY with 202 passengers and 17 crew on board ran aground on a coast of Salibabu Island, Talaud Islands, North Sulawesi, Indonesia, at around 0500 WITA (UTC +8) August 23, 2022. “Passengers evacuation began shortly after grounding, understood all have been evacuated, all are safe. Grounding was caused by poor visibility brought by rain and fog.”
