First Bank of Nigeria Limited (FirstBank), the premier bank in West Africa, has cautioned customers against fraudsters as it battles to tackle service degradation.
In its Notice obtained by The Daily, www.thedaily-ng.com, the Bank, stated: “We are experiencing service degradation on some of our channels and are working with our partners to resolve all issues speedily.
“We apologise for the inconvenience you’re experiencing. Please be rest assured that the issues will be resolved shortly.
“As we strive to fix the issues, please beware of fraudsters who may attempt to solicit your bank information for fraudulent purposes. Thank you for your patience. We will provide an update shortly.”
