The Founder and Executive Chairman of AA Holdings, Mr. Austin Avuru has expressed hope that his books – My Entrepreneurship Journey, A Safe Part of Hands and Politics, Economics and the Nigerian Petroleum Industry – would be presented o the public in future.

The Abuja High Court had issued an injunction suspending the presentation of the books following a motion exparte filed by Tochukwu Peter Tochukwu, Esq. but moved by Nsikan Samuel Ekpeyong, Esq. with Motion No. M/9442/2022 dated 26th day of July 2002.

However, Avuru, who has over the years contributed significantly to the development of Nigeria’s energy industry, said his lawyers were working toward resolving issues to pave the way for presentation in a future date.

Specifically, he said: “Our lawyers are at work and, when we are permitted, we shall re-assemble at a later date.”

He also apologized to his guests, saying, “sincere apologies to our invited guests and dignitaries for untold inconveniences and arrested expectations. Very warm regards.”
