Dangote Petroleum Refinery has emerged as the cheapest source of Premium Motor Spirit (PMS), popularly known as petrol, among major depots surveyed across Nigeria, with a price of N1,327 per litre.

This was contained in the Daily Depot Price Intelligence Report for Monday, October 26, 2026, which showed that PMS prices across Lagos, Port Harcourt, Warri and Calabar ranged from N1,327 to N1,350 per litre.

Dangote’s price was followed by Stockgap, Port Harcourt, at N1,335/litre, while Liquid Bulk and Masters, both in Warri, quoted N1,336/litre.

Bulk Strategic, Warri, was next at N1,339/litre, while Matrix and Soroman in Calabar, as well as Matrix in Warri, quoted N1,340/litre.

Parker, Warri, had the highest price among the lowest-priced depots identified, at N1,350/litre.

The identified price leaders were:

Dangote, Lagos — N1,327/litre

Stockgap, Port Harcourt — N1,335/litre

Liquid Bulk, Warri — N1,336/litre

Masters, Warri — N1,336/litre

Bulk Strategic, Warri — N1,339/litre

Matrix, Calabar — N1,340/litre

Soroman, Calabar — N1,340/litre

Matrix, Warri — N1,340/litre

The report showed that average PMS prices stood at about N1,337/litre in Port Harcourt, N1,338/litre in Lagos, N1,340/litre in Calabar and N1,352/litre in Warri.

Meanwhile, Automotive Gas Oil (AGO), popularly known as diesel, remained substantially more expensive, with prices reaching N1,900/litre at Matrix and Prudent depots in Warri.

The report also put the regional minimum AGO price at N1,804/litre.

The latest depot prices indicate continued competition among refiners and petroleum products suppliers, with the resulting changes influencing the prices paid by filling stations and other bulk buyers.

The reported landing cost of petroleum products stood at N1,283.81/litre on October 22, 2026, about N43 below Dangote’s N1,327/litre PMS depot price.
