Chemical tanker GULF PETROLEUM 4 is currently undergoing maintenance repairs at Tuzla Turkey, according to FleetMon.

In its report, obtained by The Daily, FleetMon, stated: “Chemical tanker GULF PETROLEUM 4, undergoing maintenance repairs at Tuzla Turkey, suffered explosion and leak of carbon dioxide from one of the cylinders, in the morning May 6.

“Five or four people were poisoned by gas, understood at least four of them are crew members.”
