NNPC Limited has denied circulating rumours suggesting an impending price adjustment for Premium Motor Spirit (PMS) and Automotive Gas Oil (Diesel) at its retail stations nationwide.

In a statement, Olufemi Soneye, the Chief Corporate Communications Officer of NNPC Ltd., emphasized that the reports indicating a potential price hike are entirely false and should be disregarded by Nigerians. NNPC Ltd. reiterated its unwavering commitment to maintaining the current sufficiency in petroleum products supply across all its retail stations throughout the country.

The clarification comes amidst growing concerns and speculations regarding a possible increase in fuel prices, which could have significant implications for consumers. NNPC Ltd.’s reassurance seeks to allay fears and ensure continued stability in the fuel market.
