The confirmed cases of the Coronavirus pandemic have risen to 265382, according to the Nigerian Centre for Disease Control, NCDC.

In its latest report, NCDC, stated: “From 27th to 28th September 2022, 66 new confirmed cases were recorded in Nigeria. To date, 265382 cases have been confirmed, 258381 cases have been discharged and 3,155 deaths have been recorded in 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory.

“The 66 new cases are reported from 8 States- Lagos (26), FCT (9), Rivers (20), Kaduna (3), Oyo (2), Delta (2), Nasarawa (2), Benue (2). A multi-sectoral national emergency operations centre (EOC), activated at Level 2, continues to coordinate the national response activities.”
