Nigerian Gas Association holds Learning Solutions Training Series July 4-9, 2023

The Nigerian Gas Association, NGA, has concluded plans to hold its Learning Solutions Training Series from July 4-9, 2023.
The virtual event has Fundamentals of Natural Gas Value Chain Contracts and Finance as its theme.
The event, which has many experienced resource persons, will attract participants from Nigeria and overseas.
According to the association, “The NGA Learning Solutions is a certificated course/training program with an objective to provide a comprehensive insight into the Nigerian gas sector, and enable participants to develop a greater understanding, interest and appreciation of the Nigerian Gas Industry Value Chain.
“With years 2021 – 2030 declared as Nigeria’s Decade of Gas; with changes in Nigeria occasioned by political and policy changes; and in light of global changes occasioned by the pandemic and the energy transition; the stage is set for a season of unprecedented growth, value addition and change in the Nigerian Gas Industry Value Chain. The objective of the program is to facilitate delegates’ understanding of the commercial, financial and legal features of Gas Contracts (including but not limited to Natural Gas, Liquefied Natural Gas, Natural Gas Liquids, Compressed Natural Gas, Liquefied Petroleum Gas, etc).
“The Nigerian Gas Association is pleased to invite you to attend a three-day training event titled “Fundamentals of Natural Gas Value Chain Contracts and Finance”. This program will share the ideologies, approaches and considerations utilised in developing gas projects, negotiating contracts and financing gas projects. It explores and explains the principles and tactics which have been proven to be best practice in high value and complex gas negotiations locally and globally.
“The event will hold over three days from 04 – 06 July 2023. It will consist of up to eighteen in-depth modules delivered by industry subject matter experts, with attendee interaction and question & answer segments, lasting from 0900 – 1700 hrs each day.
“The event will be recorded for attendees who are unable to attend live to watch later at their convenience. Course fee is ₦90,000 per attendee (NGA Associate Members) and ₦120,000 per attendee (Non-NGA Members).”
